About these terms

These terms apply to bookings made through dardaytours.com, on WhatsApp or by email with Horizon Hospitality Group Limited ("Horizon", "we"). By booking you agree to them.

Bookings and confirmation

• Book online with the booking box or payment link (secure card payment) or send us a WhatsApp message.
• Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation on WhatsApp (or email).
• Please give us correct names, dates, guest numbers, phone number and pickup location, and check your confirmation. Tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• If we cannot confirm what you booked (for example your date is full), we will tell you quickly and offer an alternative.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD), per person unless stated. Some tour prices depend on group size; the price for your group is shown before you pay.
• What each tour includes and excludes is listed on its page.
• Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fees.

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. The merchant name you see at checkout and on your card statement is Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), a partner company that collects payments for Horizon bookings. Your booking is with Horizon Hospitality Group Limited in Tanzania; Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC only collects the payment on our behalf.

Tours

• Itineraries and times are a guide. Guides may adjust the route or timing for safety, traffic, weather or venue opening hours.
• Join-in group tours are shared with other guests; private tours are just for your group.
• Ask us about child prices.

Cancellations and changes

• Tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start time, or for no-shows.

Your responsibilities

• Carry a valid passport or ID.
• Be ready on time at the agreed pickup point. Arriving late can mean a shorter tour.
• Tell us before you book about any health, mobility, dietary or other needs, and make sure the trip is suitable for you and your children.
• Follow your guide's instructions and the rules of venues and markets, and respect local laws and customs.
• Look after your own belongings. We recommend personal travel insurance.

Weather and events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes, road closures, government action or emergencies. If this happens we will help you rearrange your plans.

Our liability

We take reasonable care in arranging your trip. Restaurants, markets, venues and some vehicles are run by independent businesses under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Problems and complaints

If something is not right during your trip, tell your guide or message us on WhatsApp straight away so we can try to fix it. You can also email us after your trip.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you book applies.
